in keeping our partners financially healthy, we gladly offer a fully reconciled
commission payment process every Friday.All commissions received by Tuesday are paid on Friday of the very same
week.Through the JWConnect™ web portal, you will be granted
easy access to your detailed commission reports in a web-based view, .pdf document,
or printable version.

Through the integration of XTIVA’s sophisticated analytical
processing capabilities J.W. Cole’s Investment Professionals are provided detailed
commission information each day, month, quarter or any custom date range – by
account, by security, by product type and more.Through JWConnect™ we will take the guesswork out of your commission
payments!
Our OSJ Managers have access to view commission reports for
each of their Investment Professionals.Rep ranking views can be generated to compare performance and the
availability of historical production information enables visualization of
trends that are important to effective management.

Methods
J.W. Cole allows its Investment Professionals to pick the
commission payment method that is most suitable to their set of circumstances. You will be free to choose between a Direct
Deposit to a checking account, deposit into the money market of an NFS
brokerage account, or have a check mailed. Once again, the choice is yours.
