J.W. Cole Financial is very proud of its successful coaching & education module, known as the Representative Enrichment Program. This program provides crucial coaching, education and best practices to our Investment Professionals and their support staff. J.W. Cole’s Investment Professionals requested that we facilitate a more proactive approach in providing training and the dissemination of information on our increasingly complex market place. In response, we established this comprehensive business-building program.
A unique aspect of the program is the collaboration between the home office departments (including Operations, Sales, Transitions, and Compliance) and the industry’s most respected and highly sought after products and vendors. Through a well-defined and crafted strategy, we have incorporated a variety of components that are critical for J.W. Cole Investment Professionals and their organizations to achieve positive results. These components are broken down into three "Series".
Compliance Series – Without question, we are in a rapidly changing regulatory environment. Some changes have certainly been necessary and made a positive impact on our industry, while other changes have simply lead to additional administrative burdens on us all. The Compliance Series is designed to provide education on regulatory matters that impact your business and provides “best practices” and implementation guidelines on how to avoid potential problems. Many of the Compliance Series presentations will also provide CE Credits to take the place of on-line Firm Element Continuing Education class requirements.
Sales & Technology Series – Many J.W. Cole Investment Professionals are located in branch offices with only them and their assistant. Under that circumstance, it can become difficult to stay in tune with first-rate investment products, workable marketing ideas, and state-of-the art technology offerings. You will now be able to stay abreast on each of these topics as J.W. Cole will provide pertinent and informative presentations through the Representative Enrichment Program – Sales & Technology Series.
Branch Office Operation Series – How is business processed at J.W. Cole? What is the correct way to have my office prepared for a regulator or J.W. Cole examination? How do I efficiently navigate and what else is available to me through Streetscape? All of these questions, plus many more, will be answered through the Branch Office Operation Series. The Operations Team at J.W. Cole will select topics of importance and make these presentations available to Investment Professionals and their staff.
